Building License File for Owners

Building License:

A building permit is an administrative document in the form of a decision issued by the mayor or the governor according to the terms of reference for the completion of a building project, by the legal and technical procedures underway. The building permit aims to monitor the conformity of the construction with the physical laws on the one hand and to arrange roads, styling, and others on the other.

Administrative and Technical File:

Retail license reference.

- The competent authority's decision authorizing the establishment or expansion of classified industrial and commercial enterprises.

- Certificate of exploitability.

- The plan of the site and the block is prepared by the architect.

- Various designs prepared by the architect on the ladder of 1/50, 1/100, or 1/200.

- Memorandum containing descriptive and discretionary disclosure of works.

Civil Engineering Study.

Deposit:

- The file shall be deposited in 3 copies for individual residences and 8 copies for the rest of the projects at the Municipal People's Council headquarters in exchange for a deposit receipt delivered on the same day.

Delivery deadlines:

- Receipt of building permits in all 20 days following the date of deposit of the application.

Appeal:

An appeal can be filed:

- In this case, the state has a deadline of 15 days for delivery or refusal.

Secondly, the Ministry in charge of Urbanization has a deposit in return for failure to respond to the first appeal within the specified period following the date of the appeal's filing.

The latter case may be filed with competent judicial authority.
