• Terms Book.

Deposit Application File:

• At municipal headquarters in exchange for deposit receipt.

Extraction:

• By the municipality in general and by the guardian in the following cases:

• For segmentation in areas not covered by the land occupancy scheme.

• For segmentation in coastal areas.

• For retail located in historical, cultural, and natural sites.

• For segmentation located in peasant areas.

• The decision containing the retail license is subject to publicity in the real estate governorate by the authority which...
